This place really has poor customer service the management is really untrustworthy looks at you as shifty eyes don't offer you what your product is really worth and tells you they'll sell it for a lot less if they have to if you don't get it back bogus they're no good go to the people down the street to have much better management more polite more professional

I have taken several items to be pawned here only to continuously be given a b.s. excuse on why they can't take them. From 65" tv's to carpet shampooers to tools. It's obvious by the inventory they have in stock that they are OK with having empty shelves.

Bad service and it was the manager as well, I was trying to sell a gold bracelet and she said it was fake, my answer was this is the 4th place i been at, im just trying to get different offers to get the most out of it, and this is the only place were im told its fake, her answer was don't come here again bcuz we won't be buy fake gold unprofessionaly way to talk to a customer , made me feel like a lier, won't ever go there ever again.

These scam artists sold my spouse a bike while I was away on a business trip. The bike fell apart immediately the first time it was ridden. The back tire went flat and the rear cranks and axel were very loose and corroded. Although they have a 90 day return policy posted outside, they refused to let us return the bike, stating their policy is "actually 24 hours." They charged $170 for this bike which isn't even worth the cost of taking it to the dump to dispose of. Absolutely atrocious, swindling greedy people here. Avoid at all costs.
