I love this location! Because of the people and the service they provide. They are always friendly, helpful and professional. Today, I drove all the way from Greeley to purchase bulbs for my headlights. William F… really went above and beyond. He even came out to my SUV to assist with putting them in for me. Yeah! The service here, at this location- is that great!

The worst customer service provided by the manager. He was so rude and arrogant, treated us like idiots. We were on line to pay for some items, he came in and try to help other customers that had just arrive to order a part. The person in front of me ask him to help him so he can pay for his items and he told us next time get in line which we were. Said we were not special and is not his fault they are short staff, well is not our fault either. He should not be a manager or in that kind of job.

I didn’t have a manual for my car and was concerned about my brake and transmission fluid levels. Gavin was extremely helpful. He first recommended what fluids I needed, then checked my fluid levels, to make sure both were full. He was polite and helpful, and went above and beyond. I’ve had great customer service in the past here, but did not get the name of the sales person. I want to thank Gavin for taking the time to help me and for putting my mind at ease. Auto Zone is a great store to buy car- related products.

This was my first time there and the staff greeted me right away and they were eager to help me find what I needed. I came in for a small antenna replacement and a couple bottles of tire shine. Unfortunately there was no sales for my particular items, but that's okay. The place was clean and they wore their masks. If you never been to this place even though there's at least one on every corner, haha 😄 I recommend that you should stop by and check out this store!
