I rescued a dog who appears to have been neglected or abused. She's very timid. I explained this prior to scheduling her first vet visit. First appointment. I waited twenty minutes after my scheduled time, finally I called and told them to reschedule me. Second appointment. My dog was very scared and she was snapping at the young ladies and myself when trying to place her on the table. Not sure. If she had ever been to a vet. Didn't seem so but we want her to have a happy and healthy life. After getting her muzzled for our safety. One of the techs called the Doctor in to administer the shot while she and another tech hold my baby down. The Doctor came in with this arrogant posture, sticks my baby and says. That's all it is to it and walked out. Not one time did she introduce herself or ask. If I had any questions or concerns? Her vibes were very self centered and I will not be going back. Since. I've found another vet to treat her and the entire staff have outstanding customer service skills. Including the Physician. When working with people and their pets. Be pleasant and welcoming. You never know what one may be going through. Smile

Had a really great experience there today. Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The prices are excellent and very low cost it you're on a budget like me. The vet tech came out and explained my options and potential charges ahead of time to make a final decision which was immensely beneficial. Will definitely be returning for future visits and may potentially bring all my pets here from now on.

We got our bully’s ears cropped here. Excellent job and postoperative instructions, supplies and support. We are also doing his shots here. Very polite, helpful and accommodating staff.

Offer mom and puppies yogurt. It's healthy for mom as she is nursing and it is a healthy probiotic that the pups will enjoy.
