They lost 3/4 of her good clothes when she moved rooms. (“Stored”, then “thrown away by accident.”) Flowers were delivered, but staff did not help her put them in water when she couldn’t. Mom developed pressure sores - staff sat her in a wheel chair in front of a tv for long periods for dementia programming. She dropped a great deal of weight. After 6 weeks in the hospital and rehab, I moved her out to a better facility. Her soiled clothes in the laundry basket had not been washed in those 6 weeks. Disgraceful! Understaffed. Room was filthy and furniture falling apart.

Very bad experience. Management was awful and hung up on me. When I called back, they told me, "if I don't like it, send me another letter or call the cops", then hung up again. I am so confused on how a facility that cares for seniors, can be run like that. I feel bad for them.
