I have tried to reach out to anyone possible to get help to protect active burrows of gopher turtles, the turtles themselves and possible babies. I did have an agent come out, he was super respectful, but basically the law states any one making a tree farm, doesn't have to worry about the killing, entombing, and crushing of gopher turtles and their homes. How is that even possible? I can not even try to rehome them, because its against the law to touch them...hmmm. Seems to me there are some serious issues with those laws! All I can do is keep trying to reach out for help. SMH.

As far as I know they do not.

You May be able to take them to a local vet clinic that takes wildlife...call beforehand though. If not call the ocala FWC office at 352-732-1228 or 1225 to find a rehaber in that area.
Depends on the species of duck, but you can call the FWC wildlife alert hotline: 800-404-FWCC
