Awesome and friendly staff. Super fast loading. Loading is done outside with a portable ramp. Loader was super nice. FYI they go to lunch at 12:00 and return at 12:45. Plan accordingly. Hope to pick up from here again.

Got to this place when they went to lunch. No big deal everyone has to eat. While at lunch a total of 4 trucks showed up. I was number 2 in line. None of the products were ready to ship. When I say none it was all 4 trucks products not just mine. 4 hours later I’m loaded check my weights in the in house scales and it showed I was over. Done some adjustments still over. Shipping manager assured me no way am I overweight. Go to closest CAT scale over by 700 lbs. I drive back to the shipper talk with the shipping manger show him the scale ticket and he get mad at me because they overloaded the truck and say I have to much fuel. Everyone I dealt with was very unprofessional and no one wanted to take the blame for overloading me. It was too much fuel you have a heavy truck. We load this all the time and it never over.
