This particular office is The most absolute waste of our tax paying dollars!!! 2 lines when you enter that aren’t labeled so you wait 15 20 mins to get to window for them to rudely say your sol cause your in the wrong line then when you switch and wait all over again to get to the window. When it does become your turn they will call from the other line. They upgraded from there old facility to this fancy new 1 just to be terrible!!!!!!! And fair warning do not go there for anything if you don’t have a reservation

Making an appointment online is the best thing ever for the DMV! Don’t give up, just check multiple locations and times throughout the day. People cancel appointments all the time and you usually don’t have to wait two - three weeks for an appointment.

I had to do the in person renewal this time, great news since I am over 60 and have underling conditions. but there was a temperature check as you went in the door, you were instructed to use hand sanitizer. I had an appt. and was taken on time. everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. I was glad I looked online for the location it is down the road past the old building. and thankfully the address numbers were very large and i went into the right building. once in the parking loot, turn left and go to the next building. :) it was clean and organized.Very Good.
