Stephanie front desk is extremely rude. Nurse practitioner injured my sinus administering the Covid test. I left with sharp pain in my head and burning and stinging nose. She exited the exam room promptly after administering the test, did not ask how I was feeling and called out "have a nice day" as I left in tears.

This would be one of the worst care facilities to go to. Many places are capitalizing on the pandemic for a financial gain. Which leaves the attention to health issues very minimal. The reason you elected to go to an urgent care is for treatment. You can compromise on certain things but your health is not one if them. If you do not have the luxury of making a choice on a facility for personal care. Make sure you have your health as priority and they do the same. Because policies and procedures are known to change like the weather. Which puts you at a disadvantage because no one is accepting responsibility. Remember it's your health at stake.
