They have no customer service They couldn't even look at my batteries on an air ride system after they started leaking all over the air pump and brake controller with only 2 months from being new They said they would take care of it, but never return any of my calls or got back to me after 2 weeks and to this day I haven't received any calls I went straight to Diamond C to get my answers and Diamond C is taking good care of me I do recommend Diamond C trailer but buy it someplace else

I bought a used trailer. When I asked him about it, I was told it had gone through there shop and was ready to go. I had someone pick it up for me because I was working. When I got it home I found the bearings had not been packed and were pitted, the tires were 9 years old and very cracked. I talked with them and they told me they would make it right. I sent them the bill for the tires and replacing the bearings. Never heard anything from them since. Would not recommend. They are not an honest place to work with.
