Worst service I ever had. I showed up with my confirmation # & money in hand. N the woman said they couldn't give me one because they were all reserved. Like I have a reservation too like everyone else. I was first one thru the door soon as they opened but didn't not want to give me one. Didn't even try to get ahold of me & I had to find a ride to drive me 1 hour for this reservation.

Crystal was so amazing. She helped me with something another Eternprise facility could not. Crystal was so accomodating and friendly! She solved all my problems within 5 minutes. I couldn't believe it she was my saving grace.. Literally! She deserves a raise!
