If you want a store where you will be surrounded by packs of unsupervised teenagers- running, swearing, and even throwing things at shoppers- you have found it at Target East Liberty. I overheard kids daring one another to ‘throw it at her’ and later encountered a tearful woman talking to security at the front of the store. This experience is not limited to one visit… it has become increasingly unpleasant to shop at this Target and I will go elsewhere. The employees are nice, but seem to do little about the teens who are hanging out.

Bicycle parking racks here. There's also starburst. There are various things and even food here. The staff friendliness is random so it's depends. Aside from that this another option not counting Giant Eagle. I still prefer GE though.

The woman at self-checkout, I think her name was Phyllis , was very rude. She stared at me as I requested assistance and hesitated purposely for some time before she helped. I asked her to price match an item and she told me that I was wrong and I grabbed the wrong bottle, and she questioned if I was price checking target the right way. After checking the price with her own device and seeing I was right she raised her voice at me and told me to move and she changed the price. Now unfortunately for me the next item I scanned was also cheaper and she once again saw me request help and hesitated to even come over. She didn’t even bother to talk to me this time and was glaring at me as she changed the price on my second price match. Now I was not making any fuss of any kind and my requests were quite simple, I truly believe that Phyllis was simply rude.

I like going to this specific Target location because they have a huge parking lot covered. In raining and snowing days, that’s crucial when you need to walk to store and put groceries in your car. Other than that, I feel that this store has a good layout, and its staff does a great job at organizing items.

This changed within the past few months; they now offer vision checks. They are professional, no frills eye exams.
There are terminals where you can apply in the Customer Service area. You'll find that directly ahead and to your left as you enter.
I feel like you may need to call them. It's definitely a great idea.
Both are accepted but it's better to apply online

Yes. Get off at the CVS stop and walk a block up Penn Ave. Target will be on your left.

I believe you need a receipt to return items.
It is a two floor Target But the first floor is just parking garage, elevator and cart return
