This has been a nightmare experience with Carlos lying about what we had on consignment and not paying us what is owed. He sold our merchandise and never paid us for many items. His wife Melanie has been arrested previously (we found out) for leaving her child unattended on the beach - while drunk- She is a loud mouth bully who doesn't need to be in customer service in any way. She has made our experience utter hell with bullying and extreme vile language to us as customers!!! Most disgusting behavior! Beware dealing with these people on any level for buying and selling. Unprofessional and a horror - RUN!!!
