All hotels are almost the same. Almost. They all have beds, tv’s, bathrooms, etc. What’s not the same are the people. I stay here every week for work. After my first stay over a year ago, I was told by my employer that I could stay someplace else nearby if I wanted to. Not a chance! I see the same hotel employees every night I stay there, which tells me they have zero turnover. I walk in and I’m greeted by name, they take notes on what I like so they can try to accommodate on future visits, and sometimes if they’re not busy, the paperwork and key card is already prepared for an expedited check-in. The staff is very friendly. The General Manager (Lori) is very busy but still takes a moment to say hello if she’s walking nearby. Mandi (Sales) makes sure that I have what I need or offers to help me get it. And most stays, Morgan is at the front desk to check me in. She’s very friendly, personable and Nowledgable (N is for knowledge) with not only hotel stuff, but things around town. And even though she’s a die-hard Hawkeye fan, this Husker fan will continue to stay here. There’s no friendlier staff than at the BW Holiday Lodge!!

If u would have asked me about this hotel a few days ago I would have gave the best review ever, as a in and out door, good wifi, great water pressure, front desk super nice and cleans room every day. It wasn't until I started packing up and cleaning out my little freezer until I figured out what had been going on the last few days. I suggest if u take something in make sure it will lock or keep eye on it so the staff can't put stuff in there that doesn't belong

Pet friendly rooms with access straight from your room to an outdoor area for dogs to go out when they need to. Reasonably priced. Good breakfast selection. Comfortable pillows, comfortable beds. Only complaint was the water in the shower never got very warm.

I travel for work, and stay in hotels a lot. It was so nice to be greeted by Kasey after a long day. She was very welcoming, but what I appreciate the most was the great explanation of their services. I feel like it is often skipped over, and I don't worry about it because I am familiar with many, but she shared information I wasn't aware of - breakfast to go, rewards, etc. She made sure I was enrolled in the rewards. Also, the room was so quiet - something I don't find often enough. Bed was comfy, and all was good! I asked for her name on my way out because I rarely do reviews, but wanted to make sure she was recognize because I felt she went above and beyond, and it was very much appreciated.
