Rooms a little smaller than expected, but we're very nice. Good free breakfast. Service was awesome!! Ally was great! We needed a bigger room and was able to set us up when we got there...even showed me the room before registration.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. They have pet friendly rooms available which is great for us. Friendly staff. We’ve always enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna area too! They offer a great breakfast too, eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, biscuits and gravy, plus lots of other stuff too. We always choose the Americinn when in Austin!

Ally at the front desk was very accommodating for us. My wife is disabled and they had put us on the second floor with no elevator. Ally searched and was able to finagle a first floor room. This is only the 2nd time i have stayed here, but i truly love this place. Highly recommend!!!

We stopped here because we wanted to go to the Spam museum the following morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. However the spa and pool were closed for maintenance. That was a big disappointment. There is no elevator so you have to use stairs for access if your room is on the second floor. There is a nice relaxing lobby area. Breakfast the morning we were there consisted of some interesting scrambled eggs, sausage links, sausage gravy and biscuits, donuts, and some various breads. There was also juice and coffee is always available and a lobby. The staff was friendly and they were taking extra precautions to sanitize the breakfast area.
