I ordered a family pasta and Cinnabons and Cinnabons had no icing and my family pasta had one bowl that had like 10 noodles in it. I called to get it fixed they were rude and the manager at the time she was rude and didn’t want to fix her mistake then argued with me about it. I explained if I’m paying 18 bucks for two family pastas I expect to get enough to feed my family. I was only trying to get one replaced. Either way this was at 445 and the date was July 26 and when I asked her for her name which I think I heard someone say kiarra she told Me she did not have to tell me bc she knew she did wrong. I wasn’t about to say anything until she refused To tell me her name bc that means she knows she mishandled the situation. And look at those bread sticks btw!! Ugh

I just left the restaurant and while we were there which we were the only 2 people eating we did not get any service at all I had to go get my own napkins our own Box and I went into the kitchen twice to ask for help I will never go there again

Ordered pizza at 6pm. Was told it would be 90 minutes for delivery. At 745 I called was told my order was out for delivery. Called again at 8 pm was told it would be a couple more minutes. Still no pizza at 830 called again. Was told delivery driver could not find my address and had returned to the store. I explained in great detail how to find me and he said I will run it right out. Told him I didn't want a pizza that had been out for over an hour. He then told he would make it fresh and deliver it to me. 930pm still no pizza and the store was closed. How do you run a business like that. Horrible customer service.
