Love it. Everything was perfect. Good service. The only thing I'll suggest it's in the Lazy river the lifeguards should make sure that people with or without floating tubes don't stay standing-stocking in the middle doing nothing just looking for the ones comes out from the big long sliders. Especially large groups, it makes everyone get stocks waiting for then to move. If they want to just look stay outside and let others enjoy. It happened to us yesterday...several times. I think this is un respectful for others.

We stayed at Kings Pointe for a family vacation this weekend and everything was great. The front desk shifts from Friday afternoon-Sunday morning we’re so accommodating and nice. The resort itself and the rooms were clean. We will stay again.

Sam checked us in. She went over and beyond to help us. We witnessed her doing the same for many more guests. The hotel was clean and the water park and mini golf were enjoyable for our family. We’d definitely come again.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I rather stay at the SAIL INN motel next time I'm in town. First there wasn't any comforters on the beds. Then they charged us twice when we checked in then when we checked out. Called the manager and he said pretty much said I'll call you back I have other customers that are more important then you

It opens after Memorial Day.
Its not a very good whirlpool it connected to the indoor pool its cool water
We were there this past weekend for a mini vacation. Checkin is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Asked for an extended checkout time but they had all been given so if you want one, ask for it early. Indoor pool opens at 10am and closes at 10pm. Outdoor pool and the really fun water slides open at 11am and close at 9pm. It’s a really fun place, especially for the four boys (11 & 14) we had with us.
Yes
There is a lift in the large pool area, in the shallow end.
There are number of lifeguards that are stationed throughout the park. They tend to rotate stations regularly, and were pretty diligent when we were there. They do have posted rules about age limits, but i do not remember them if the top of my head. I would suggest looking at their website for the specifics.
3pm in and 11am out
