Had a good time coming here! We were confused because pur hoestess said we had to order on the app but then we ended up having a server come up and place our orders. Our server was excellent though. The food and beer were good too.

What an unpleasant experience, where to even start? How about as soon as we walk in the door, I have to greet the teenager working the front, because she doesn't know how to properly greet her guests. They all have an attitude like they absolutely abhor working at Big Al's. We came to bring the kids for bowling and video games, but one out of three arcade machines seem to be out of service. We tried to start with bowling but were told upon our 9pm arrival that it would be a 3 hour wait (bringing us to closing time before we could get on a lane). I spotted 9 empty bowling lanes (yes, I counted, because I've experienced this from the Big Al's bowling counter before). It seems like they tell you all the lanes are going to be full so that all lanes are cleared out an hour before close; feels like the employees expect to be heading out the door ten minutes before closing time, and this was on a Friday night. We decided to get some drinks at the bar while we waited, completely over priced, $10 a beer. An hour and a half later they finally call us to bowl, there were only four or five other lanes being used by the time we started to bowl our one game. Overpriced. Come 11.30pm, the kid go upstairs to trade in their tickets. We finish our beers and I bring the glasses downstairs to the bar. This is what finally pushed me over the edge, the service (or lack there of) from the bartender with all the metal in her face, completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and her one female counterpart was not much better, all attitude. The gentlemen behind the bar was the only one displaying professionalism. I will never bring the kids back here. Spend your money elsewhere!

Big als is a lot of fun! They have some really fun bowling (two different areas you can choose from too) the employees were all friendly. They also have a lot of arcade type games for kids to play as well. I really like the way arcade games are now. Instead of carrying around a pocket full of change you have a card loaded with money on it. You just go to the arcade games you wish to play and slide your card and it starts. They had dance dance revolution, jetpack joyride, guitar hero, basketball, skee ball, connect four, and many more! Big als has a lot of food options like burgers, wings, fries, pizza, etc. The also have a full bar upstairs for us adults and in that room there is darts, pool, a corn-hole type game, and I believe movies. All in all I had a great experience here and will likely be back for more fun!

So much fun! I took my nephews here while my sister was in town. We all had a blast! If you're ordering food or drinks, be prepared to wait a bit but the food was good and you can't beat this place for something fun to do on a hot summer day. They're open until 10pm on weekdays which is great!

Questions & Answers

Do they have a prow shop need a new bowling ball

Johnie Ridgway | Jul 17, 2018
Rhees Stilinovich | Jul 18, 2018

We don't have a pro shop, but we do refer our guests to Westys or a local league bowler who has his own shop. We have his card at our front desk, and he is really good at either getting you the ball you want or pointing you in the direction to get it. Is there service always bad? Management doesn't seem to care. There lanes are great if your a kid using bumbers or dont care how you bowl but if your trying to be serious about bowling poor lane conditions.

Todd McLain | Jul 17, 2018
Robert Runyan | Jul 18, 2018

It does seem strange as to the remarks regarding the lanes. Bowl in league and average is 210 never gave a game lower than 185
