Extremely unprofessional. I couldn’t pick up my package and sent my partner because in the email it said if someone else is picking up all they need is THEIR ID and a tracking number. We are not from LA and yet to receive our California IDs. I was LITERALLY on the phone telling the owner I am the authorized addressee and that I have told my partner to pick up my package. He was so RUDE and NASTY. I full heartedly believe that if my partner wasn’t Black he wouldn’t have behaved that way or thought my partner was trying to “steal”. What a load of BS. Attached is the email I received FROM UPS. Do better and be better because that was terrible. Worst business experience I’ve had in Los Angeles.

I have an (apparently) rarer type of ink cartridge for my computer (Canon 20xl) and it was hard to fins places to refill it (Walgreens won't). I went online to just buy a new one, but then I found Prismatix. They filled the cartridge for only $13 and it was done in less than 10 mins. Looks like I found my place to refill ink from now on. Added bonus: the staff is very friendly! Will go back; highly recommend!!
