You can exactly the same food the McDonald's offers at every other location. The thing that sets this location apart is the friendliest and service. I have always been treated like I was a valued customer, and that is really the kind of thing that makes a person want to come back again and again.

I ordered curbside pick up a Big Mac and stuff drive all the way back to Staples to eat my lunch and open my Big Mac box and there is something missing lettuce! I didn't ask for no lettuce. So I call them hoping they would do something about it and nothing I was told that they have been telling everyone through the drive through that they were out of lettuce but how could they tell me I picked up curbside? The app didn't say anything that they were out of lettuce and the person that brought my food out didn't say anything about being out of lettuce other wise I would have ordered something else .

So a new upgrade and still same slow service both in the drive thru, and in the store front. For a fast food place paying 15hr you had better be stepping up your customer service, and knocking the asinine prices back down.

Placed an order and didn’t get a sandwich that was redeemed for free using reward points. Instead of the manager being helpful and friendly, she was rude and dismissive. She kept cutting me off instead of listening. I wish customer service would be explained to management. Being treated disrespectfully ruined our meal at this McDonalds.
