Came here for a free oil change that was covered under my Toyota Care service warranty with my new purchase. They booked the appointment and everything. When I went to get the car they said I had to pay. When I explained to them it was the last warranty covered oil change, they said since it was over by 29 miles they wouldn’t honor it. Took my car to another location for the next oil change and found out they put thread locker on my filter cap. The mechanic had to literally break off the plastic cap that only needs to be hand tightened. Don’t recommend anyone brings any vehicle here ever!

Our overall experience with Toyota Pasadena is a 10++. We've already recommended this center to so many of our family and friends. As soon as we drove onto the lot to pick up our 2022 Highlander, we were greeted by Richard who was so enthusiastic that we were there. Javier made our overall experience seem so personable and effortless. Thank you for that!! When it was time to sit with Nick he made our whole financial piece seem so simple. Thanks for being so quick! As we met up with Richard a second time, he was so determined to make sure we understood everything we needed to know about our new Highlander. Being an owner of a 2002 Suburban, I was quite overwhelmed by all the bells and whistles on our new car. Without Richard's guidance and direction I would have been lost on the road the next morning! If you want the BEST service and knowledge about automobiles Toyota Pasadena is the place to visit!

Literally the best car buying experience I've had in recent memory. In a very tough car buying market I was placed in the wonderful hands of Young, Alex and Molly. Pasadena Toyota owes these customer service professionals awards, dinner and a bonus. Truly incredible the kind of diligent work they put in with a needy customer like myself. They soothed alot of my cares and concerns.

I had a such great experience at Toyota Pasadena, and like to share Kudos to the team. My driver’s side mirror was broken into a part by unknown objects in the freeway a few weeks ago, so my mirror glass and the cover of the side mirror flew somewhere in the middle of the road. With that frustration, I had to struggle ordering the right parts on time with adequate offers so I could stop blaming of the unknown object which hit badly on my brand new car. After shopping around of few other dealer shops, I wanted to stick to the one in the nearest location in my town. Molly is a great person and deserve better for the works and efforts she has been doing for the customers. She is kind and a very accountable person. She will keep her words as she promises. I would definitely visit the location again.

No idea you should call them to ask
Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes at every table. Tables are spaced out generously. Masks on at all times.
That is a question for the service department. You can take a picture of the 'check VSC system' light to show the dealership.
