First of all they close before 9pm and I went to the window asking what time do they close and they told me 9pm so i ordered chicken bucket and they told me “We don’t have chicken” i think i don’t know the long form of KFC, it’s better to say we’re out of chicken not we don’t have chicken

I got the KFC bowl, it was disgusting the chicken in the bowl which I thought was popcorn chicken, was in fact a really thin chicken strip ripped apart. It was dry and tasted old.

Ordered chicken meal. Gave my wife a piece of chicken that was so small it was literally one bit on a wing. They said they don’t choose the chicken and wouldn’t exchange it. Wow

I understand worker shortages. Covid restrictions. How bout putting lobby closed/no carry-out on the road facing window or the road sign. Not everyone orders from their phone. Would be nice to know ahead of time that you're not worth the walk from truck parking.
