Location is fantastic but the rooms were in a pretty terrible state. Every ceiling fan in our condo was covered with dust and grime. There were coffee stains on our sheets when we arrived. The shower was full of soap scum and there was a wad of hair in the drain when we arrived. Our A/C unit went out twice while we were there. Service was prompt, but we were able to spot part of the problem in between visits from the repairman: the air filter has obviously not been changed in months as it was filthy. As for what was good: The bar and restaurant were nice enough, if a bit expensive, but happy hour deals are fantastic. The location is unbeatable (truly, a beautiful spot!) but the room was in a pretty horrid state. Management said sorry and blamed it on staff and staffing issues. Nothing else was offered.

Super Travels

Many restaurants & shops all within walking distance. Dog friendly rooms. Dogs not allowed on patio, not in restaurant, and not on beach -- so plan accordingly. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful lake view from our room

The stay was good, the bed was a bit hard for a side sleeper, but workable. The only major complaint was that the coffee in the lobby was never there. This wouldn't be so bad, but I did get to try one cup and it was darn good. I made several trips to see if I could find some more to no avail.

We had a suite. The room was clean and it was nice they provided a couple of dishwasher pods for the dishwasher and laundry detergent for the clothes washer. It was very cold when we visited and it was hard to keep even temps throughout the bedrooms. Good location to hit the snowmobile trails and to walk to restaurants in the town.
