My parents have been taken me to cross lake campground before I could walk. 33 years later in still going! Great place, especially if you can get a group out there. The lakes are fantastic and the people are friendly!

Glad to be back at Cross. Great weather. There are some nice improvements to the campground this year. Added a few full hookup sites and planted grass seed in areas. Looking forward to our time here again.

This campground is amazing. Plenty of room at your site. Nice Beach. Grocery store and gas station across the street. We love it here. Thank you to all who help to keep it up.

They do have staff and office, but good luck getting a spot if you do not have reservations, they now have all sites reservable.

How many people can stay on one site?

6 to 8 per site. Depends more on your camping equipment. You can have a camper and 1 tent per site on RV sites and 2 tents on tent sites. Only 2 vehicles per site and they have to fit on the pad. Nothing can be on the grass. Others can be parked in the lots though.

Are there any access fees which would allow me to drive in and use swim areas and showers? Or do you need to have a site to use the facilities?

Dennis Scherber | Jul 16, 2018
April Mead | Jul 17, 2018

You can come and go to the day use area. That'll give you access to the swimming beach a playground and bathrooms. It does not give you access to showers.
