I switched my State Farm insurance to another agent because of the bad attitude and disrespect Shiloh has displayed to me. He has a good knowledge of State Farm policies, but he has no interest in being helpful. He even screens my phone calls & ignores them or directs them to someone else. Instead he is accusatory and has also made mistakes on my policy in the past and then someone else at Gary Scott's company had to fix these errors. I was so satisfied with my service for over 12 years and how helpful Margie has always been, but I will no longer be with Gary Scott due to the recent happenings with Shiloh's service to customers.
