Amazing customer service, I called on the day of my daughter's Birthday with a bakery emergency as the other bakery we ordered from failed us. Knotty pine was so courteous on the phone and was able to provide us with a cake! Thank you so much for making my Daughter's Birthday special and for making a mom look like a superhero! You're customer service and help was amazing! The cake was delicious and was customized even on short notice! Definitely recommend!

This was our 2nd time here and I'm just as impressed as I was the 1st time. The cronuts are just simply out of this world with buttery flakiness and the perfectly sweet icings. Finally tried the ham & cheese biscuits which were absolutely divine. My kids also loved the cake pops which is terrific since they're very picky eaters. Service is always incredibly friendly and bakery has quite a bit of space for seating if looking to dine inside. I will continue to come back every time I visit Brainerd!

Knotty Pine Bakery was just the best! They gave us lots of options to choose from to make sure our wedding cake and cupcakes were just perfect, and they were! Everything looked so beautiful and tasted so good! I highly recommend using them for all of your Bakery needs!

I planned a surprise birthday party for my mom and needed to find vegan bumbleberry pie for dessert, which is her favorite. I live in Oregon so did everything via phone and email. I found Knotty Pine online, and after communicating with them and confirming that they could in fact veganize their hand pie, ordered hand pies in bumbleberry, strawberry-rhubarb and cherry, all vegan, without ever having tasted any of their products (I was a little nervous). The process was easy, communication was great, the hand pies were delivered on time and were delicious!! Could not have been happier and would definitely recommend this bakery. In fact, while I'm still in town I plan to stop into their shop and try more pastries!!

Knotty Pine Bakery is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all our workers and customers. To ensure that, we have developed a COVID-19 Preparedness Plan in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in accordance with State and Local guidelines. Our staff and all guests are required to wear a face covering (face mask, face shield, etc.). We provide hand sanitizer for our guests as well as hand washing in our public restroom, and have signage to help ensure social distancing. Staff are required to wash their hands and sanitize high-touch surfaces at a regular interval, and to follow posted health screening procedures and policies. We are not currently offering gluten free doughnuts, but we do have a number of gluten free options in our case daily - please feel free to call the bakery (218-454-2470) or stop in to check on availability.
