I went here three times trying to get an item price matched, and got three different answers. One said it's available with a physical print out of the price at another location, another said it was not an option at all, and the final, and most helpful, informed me what were the actual policies and what my options were (he was informative and short in his answers, and while I wasn't happy with the eventual outcome, he is the only thing preventing me from giving 1/5 stars). I also called corporate, and got a fourth answer that ended up being unhelpful. Overall, poor experience, and unless you don't have a problem with lack of customer service, or even outright rude employees (the cashier that told me Kohl's doesn't price match was apathetic, but high-and-mighty with her responses, even before I brought up price matching), I would not recommend shopping here.

Shopping there was fine so I got to the register the cashier lady no disrespect but just the Indian lady with a dot on her head rudely accuse me of the switching the price tag I could not believe it but I kept my cool and let her know that she was rude for that and.... I won't be going back for a while

The selection on bedding was not what I was hoping. I feel too much Is becoming online only. I am definitely the person that prefers to pick out the item in the store versus trusting the shipping and handling.
