Traveling through Northern Wisconsin on our way to the U.P. of Michigan and stopped at Twin Gables Cafe for breakfast. The food was great, the service was outstanding! Order the English muffin toast, you won't be disappointed.

Good food, generous portions, variety of specials. Homemade cakes and pies. Nice local cafe, friendly service. Not sure about the lounge/bar—I only know it's there because the waitress asked if we usually sit in the bar (I'd never been there before lol).

This is the first restaurant my son and I have been to since we moved from Florida. The service was by far impeccable!!!! They have large portions and not expensive. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich that was delicious, I personally like mine a bit more spicy but it was really good the way it was. My son had a bacon cheeseburger made to perfection!!!! The strawberry milkshake made with real strawberries and fresh was exciting for my son because he's not had a milkshake made so fresh from anywhere!!!! Thank you for what you do!!!!! We will be back again!

Very friendly and personable staff!! The owner Sherri is so generous with her serving size of food but I always leave stuffed like a turkey and completely satisfied! Strongly recommend the pie!!
