Rented a dumpster with this company only for them to come and damage my property when I submitted my complaint to shady Melissa she sounded so concerned and that she would relay the details and that I would receive a call from upper management. Days passed and nothing so I reached out just to receive a slap in the face by Shady Melissa herself saying I signed a legal contract stating the company was not responsible for anything. I told her I never signed anything stating I held all responsibility if anything were to happen. Well sure enough she emailed me a copy of what the driver said was a delivery confirmation he never said hey read the back or the company rules are in the back. Please be careful don’t do business with this shady careless company. Worst company every full of liars take your business Elsewhere save yourself the migrane!

I needed a locking dumpster for when I decided to clean out my shed and 365 was by far the cheapest I could find. The woman I initially spoke with was very friendly and helpful. They were right on time when dropping off the but it was on a holiday weekend when they were supposed to pick it up and nobody was here at the scheduled time to get it. I called to find out roughly when they would be there and I ended up speaking with the same woman, who was still extremely pleasant and helpful, she told me that I wasn't on the pickup schedule for that day and it wouldn't be picked up until after the holiday weekend. I ended up getting 2 extra days for free. My experience with them has made me a customer for life. Amazing customer service and prices that can't be beat.
