The disposal is totally free. You don't even have to get out of your car. They did check my driver's license, but mine has an Ontario address, so I'm not 100% sure on the residency requirements.

If you live in Ontario you can take them there. Make sure you empty the pills in a plastic baggie( sandwich bag) take the off from there package if the are individually pack. Or you can dispose at a CVS. They have a container by their pharmacy department. There is on at the CVS in Chino. All medications can be taken to the waste facility in Ontario Sat. Friday's. Check in your city.

There is no fee if it is household generated hazerdous waste and you are a resident of San Bernardino County. No they do not accept these solid wastes here. Contact however operates your weekly trash pick up, they should be able to help you out.
This isn't a business, it's a public service for SB County residents. They DO accept paint and are open Friday and Saturday 9am-2pm.
