The care here and at their dentist system next door are horrible. Went in for infection and the doctor gave me antibiotics and steroids to help in case I had an infection in my tooth or sinus. Also went to the dentist the next day for help with the infection. Both acted as if I was lying. Now it's been a month, I finished all my medications he gave me to basically pacify me, and here I am still with pain in my jaw and face... Not even the dentists help nor listen. Do not help patients but continue to charge our health insurance. Horrible medical staff!!!

Every single person I dealt with today was curtious and very kind.... And hats off to Dr. Carpenter! I did not feel that needle to numb my finger for stitches at all!!! Thank You!

This hospital is a complete and utter joke and a disgrace to the marshfield name they carry. The receptionist was horribpy rude and unhelpful and the nurse was even worse. Your better off going to a animal vet than this shack full of morons.

This is the worst hospital I've EVER been too!!!!! My brother and I lived in Phillips and this was the closest hospital. My brother help for help early one morning so I took him in. The nurse and Doctor he had were great! With that being said there was a couple of ass whole nurse by the nurses station that were making really rude comments about my brother and I. I worked 70 hours a week at a nursing home plus went to school full time. But she acted like we were scum. II was sooooooo mad at the nurses around the station! Then sometime later I hurt my back at work and I worked all day and I was in class I went into the doctors because my back was killing me and I didn't have therapy until later on in the week. So I went into the emergency room to try to get some relief. I couldn't take the pain any longer and by any means not a drug seeker I barely take any Tylenol. But I heard the nurse outside the door say that I needed to suck it up and just go to therapy that said I was wasting your time. And that I just needed to deal with the pain and get over it. I didn't ask for Vicodin or anything by that means I was just kind of hoping that I could get a shot in the butt to relieve the pain until I went to physical therapy. But they ended up giving me Vicodin for my back pain and a muscle relaxer to help with back spasms. As soon as she walked through the door she complained that they were very busy and it didn't have a lot of time for anything she went over my medication that they gave me and told me that I needed to do my exercises regardless of pain and I need to deal with it. I've always been a hard worker and I've I don't just go to hospitals for fun. Anybody that's ever heard they're back knows how horrible can be especially being a CNA when you have to lift all day. She was the rudest nurse that I've ever met in my life she was cocky and she just assumed that I was a drug seeker. I felt embarrassed that I went in even though I couldn't take the pain and was dealing with the pain for quite some time. Tylenol wasn't helping therapy wasn't helping at that time but it eventually eventually did. I just remember feeling worthless after I heard her cut me down in the hall and then how rude she was to me in person. I've been working in the medical for 6 medical field for 6 years and I would never make anyone feel as bad as she made me feel. Where I work people like that would get fired. Working in the medical field you see all sorts of people but you're not supposed to judge them cuz you don't know them you don't know what they're going through. But as soon as she walked the door she started judging me. I should have stopped to take her name and reported her. But you made me feel so worthless I just wanted to get out of there and I had to work early in the morning.
