Runamuk Rides was a great way to spend a day on the lake on our vacation up north. Great communication about delivery and pickup. The boat was clean and well maintained with plenty of life jackets and a nice ladder for climbing up, as well as fenders and tie offs for easy parking. Jim was really knowledgeable about the lakes in the area, and he gave us great suggestions about where to spend our time. We enjoyed the sand bar and a resort restaurant for lunch on Lac Courte Oreilles. It made our lake day super easy and we would definitely book with them again in the future!

The rental process was easy. We rented two double snowmobiles and our friends rented two as well. The staff was extremely friendly. The snowmobiles were like new. They had heated grips, reverse and were very fast. The trails were awesome. I would highly recommend renting from Runamuk.

Runamuk Rides provided us with a fantastic experience from start to finish. They were very helpful with booking the snow mobile experience and providing lots of information on how to prepare. On the day, we arrived early to make sure everything was squared away and we could get our gear on. We did a 4-hour tour with Jim, which was perfect for first time riders. We had some time to get to know the machines before heading out. Having a guide helped us get comfortable with the machines without having to worry about navigating the massive network of trails. The equipment was pristine and reliable, which also helped make us feel comfortable while out on the trails. Runamuk Rides takes great pride in keeping their equipment in excellent and reliable working order. The snow mobile experience was amazing and we will definitely be back in the summer for UTV rentals!

First time snowmobiling and we had a great time. They were super helpful mapping out a trail and teaching us how to operate the snowmobile. Highly recommend for beginners!
