The person at this place who drives the van is very unprofessional. My friend and I were driving past clear lake when the person who drives the white-ish van with the ‘Rose Garden’ sticker pulled out behind us. They drove right on our tail and did not cut farther back at all. The van either followed us all the way to clam falls or happened to be going there themselves, but when they continued to drive behind us they drove right on our tail and then proceeded to flash their brights at us repeatedly. Both my friend and I realized this. So very unprofessional.

The service from this flower shop was very unprofessional. We ordered flowers for a funeral 4 days in advance. When we ordered the lady promised us that they would be there at 3pm when the flowers didnt arrive by 315pm we called the flowers shop and the lady told us that she got side tracked and forgot about our flowers WHAT ARE YOU FOR REAL!!!!!! We spent 170 dollars on flowers we also asked specifically asked for blue ribbon in the flowers as it was his favorite color. She said that she could do it and when they arrived the flowers have white ribbon in them. So not only did they not drop the flowers off in time they didnt listen to what we wanted and did what they wanted to do very disrespectful if you ask me. We will never use the rose garden again we will always always got with Austin lake green house which is whete we should have went in the first place sorry not sorry dont use this place if you want your flowers ontime.

Lovely flowers and wonderful customer service! I called and ordered flowers at 8:00 asking for same day delivery, the flowers were delivered by 11:30!! Would recommend and will be using again.
