It has been a long time that I have not seen coats, suits and trench coats on the racks. I bought my first suit, leather jacket and trench coat from Burlington, but it has been really like what Marshall’s or Ross provides, except the place is usually bigger, but also messier due to understaff or customers’ issues. I do hope Burlington maintains its uniqueness instead of going to imitate others.

This place is awesome, always finding things I don't need. Wish they would stop moving everything around all the time. And what's with the construction? Anyways they are helpful when you need them to be, and wish they would put more out on the shelves

I have only been in a few times but every time was awesome. My most recent trip to Burlington on 82nd Ave in Clackamas Oregon was superb and the guy stocking stuff was fabulous. I live an hour away but will be back.

Not disabled friendly. The wheelchair ramp is abt 200' from the front door. There are stairs in front but not ramps. There are no electric carts and the floors are slippery. The shopping carts will tilt back if you slightly lean on the handles. I had to do this as I have difficulty walking. As if to slap the face of a disabled person, the entrance to the cash registers takes you on a long walk around shelves containing trinkets. Lastly, they had only 2 cash registers open with a line of people. In the meantime, there were 3 staff at the front door talking to each other.
