What to do in Southern Oregon

Such a beautiful spot to paddle board and SUP. The water is calm and crystal clear blue but ice cold so not good for swimming. The whole trip is four miles out and back if you want to go all the way to the headwaters. Lots of parking.and picnic tables at the day use area, but nothing for big groups

The water is COLD. But it is so clear and beautiful. Perfect spot for kayaking or paddleboarding. And when you need a break Collier logging museum is right around the corner.

The water is really pretty and calm but I wouldn't to be there on the weekends

Great place to relax, just out of town.

Questions & Answers

Maybe a dumb question, but we're North Oregonians and have never been down here. Is it OK to swim here? Thanks ☺️ We have the Willamette by us and I always tell everyone to NOT swim in it, it's nasty! Lol! Salem dumps raw sewage into it. 🤮

So, Spring Creek is pure...it dumps into the Williamson River, which is clean! Don't go in Klamath Lake or Agency Lake
