Paid $9 for cold medium fries. McDonald's, we need to talk. Didn't feel like cooking, decided to stop at McNaldo's by on the way home from work and I NEVER go to McNaldo's. I ordered the Spicy Chicken combo meal with a coke. Got home, took a sip of my coke to discover it was diet coke. No big deal. Ate a couple fries to find them pretty cold. No big deal. Opened my sandwich and discovered it was not a spicy chicken sandwich but some sort of chicken patty with cheese and pickles on it I guess? No big deal. Finally, I bite into my sandwich and to my surprise its quite crunchy. I don't bite completely through, however, maybe its just a bad piece with a bit of tendons and bone in it and such. I move in for another bite and get that same icy crunch as the first bite. I take the patty out and cut it in half to find the entire thing is raw. I'm a pretty easy going dude, but McDonald's you cannot serve raw, frozen chicken to your guests, you silly billy! Don't go to McDonald's, folks. I know a huge corporate conglomerate like Mickey Dees doesn't care about these reviews so I'm writing to my fellow Earthlings. Do not go to McDonald's. Absolute garbage food, but you already knew that.

The one on Orleans sucks. Mainly because of fryer. Potatoes and chic need to be brown! Saw hash browns coming out white. Turn up fryers!

Not one to write reviews in general, but the experience I had just recently was very disappointing. My mother and I went inside to eat. We ordered two meals, one with a drink and another a slushee. Then, another employee walks over to us and tells us their fryer isn’t working, so we can’t get fries. O-k, we re adjust our orders to just the sandwiches and the drinks, which ends up costing more. They didn’t offer to substitute or give us a discount because now we had to pay more for less food. We go to pay and now suddenly their slushee machine is down too, so we change it out to a drink instead. Then, as we’re finalizing our order, the lady at the counter kept getting our sandwich order wrong after 3 times. We told them we were eating inside, and payed for our food. Then, to top everything off, they give us our food in a to-go bag instead of a tray for inside, like we had mentioned 3 times as well. I don’t blame the workers for their machines not functioning, but as a customer who works in customer service it’s extremely frustrating when you tell us that certain machinery isn’t working after we order. The overall experience was very disappointing, and the workers didn’t seem very sympathetic or offer any substitutes either. Honestly I felt like my mother and I could’ve been accommodated better than we were.

we ordered a doordash order and mcdonald’s was preparing it for over a hour and when we tried to call they hung up on us, didn’t answer when we called back and then were just rude when they finally answered
