Very unprofessional for this company to try and charge me more for my booking once I had received, accepted & confirmed their official quote with my credit card information online. They accepted making an internal error, but for $30 I think they are too money driven and should have just covered the cost of their mistake. Even their first text to me after I confirmed my booking was to ask if I was paying a cash tip or if I wanted to add it to my credit card. After I confirmed cash for the 2nd time (because it's on the booking page), they came back and said they could not honor the price. No customer service here, they just want $$$

Our car service failed to pick us up at LAX. We called LAX VIP Limo, and they had a car for us in 15 minutes. We had 4 people, 6 heavy suitcases, and 2 rollerboards. Tony kept in contact via phone until he arrived. Everything fit in the vehicle! We will definitely use them next time we travel!

Just this afternoon near the corner of Spring St and Los Coyotes Diagonal (Long Beach, CA), I observed complete disregard by your driver (Mercedes Sprinter #58, plate 98311J2) when making right turn and almost hitting man with daughter in stroller. Not only was your driver not in the correct turn lane, but he completely disregarded pedestrians and other cars with his erratic driving. I have dashcam footage of the entire incident and can provide if necessary. I fail to see how you can say you employ safe and professional drivers with this sort of behavior, and especially with your branding on the van. It was not only captured by me, but a few other cars also observed and saw just what sort of drivers LAX VIP employs.

These guys are great!!!!! Ordered a vehicles for my wedding and they were on time, friendly and very accommodating to what we needed. Prices were great, and process was Very easy to book. If you need transportation don’t hesitate to get them.
