Clerks office doesn’t open until 0830. And don’t even try calling the number provided you will not get through. I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 weeks I couldn’t attend my court date due to Covid and as of today no one has answered the phone.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them no stars. All the employees do not want to help you. I’d rather sit at the dmv all day than go here. I hardly can ever get someone to answer the phone and then when they do answer the phone they don’t actually help you until you have called 5 different times on 5 different days. I even waisted my time and money to go in and get help and I walked out with nothing accomplished. Lazy lazy people work here.

Best service anyone can ever get at a courthouse. Especially the clerk at window #2, she was extremely helpful with everyone in line. If you’re confused with your ticket you can ask her and she will guide you through. I didn’t have to see the Judge, thank goodness.

I was arrested for unknowingly driving on suspended license and car was impounded all for an outstanding balance on a citation from 2008 (9 1/2 yrs ago). At court the judge confirms not only did I already pay the citation, I’ve OVER paid! Yet, GC Services can’t pull their heads out, so I am now receiving collection notices for $100 a month, phone calls, and its still affecting the case from being resolved. Why did this come up almost 10 yrs later? Why did I have to pay impounded expenses, be taken to jail and miss work? Why has my insurance premium gone up for the court’s mistake? I’m lead to believe it’s due to the CA legal systems complete inept ability to communicate with the DMV and GC services in a clear and timely manner, all while knowing the result may be added citations and fines for those CA taxpaying citizens attempting to resolve their ticket, and not caring since it translates into added state income.

If you go at 8:00 am and go to the clerk's office and say you want to be put on calendar for that day. They'll tell you which division or courtroom. Then you wait.

If it's a traffic case then you need to call this number 213*274*1928 it's a traffic ticket search by your driver's license number and if it's between court hours you can even talk to a clerk and get extensions over the phone..

There are 2 drop boxes. One is located inside the building in the clerks office. The second one is located outside by the double doors on your right before you enter the courthose. It is located on the second floor of the parking structure.
