Terrible service my Xmas presents to Taiwan sat in the abyss of a distribution center in California for 3 weeks not moving. When it finally got to Taiwan it was delivered in 2 days to its final destination only the box was full of water soaked toys and garments covered in mold. Ruined!! Box appeared dry on outside but opened and soaked with water on inside! Are you kidding me!!! One star is too generous! Never again!

[I'm updating my review. We need the post office and there are corporate interests who want to sell off this public utility piecemeal to their friends by increasing customer dissatisfaction. I'm not taking the bait. Keep this utility public. Rural folk need it.] Limbo for Packages (by design--sabotage from within for the last two years) Woe be to the parcel that enters here. When I'm tracking a package and see that it has been pulled into the vortex of this place, I abandon all hope as to timely arrival, priority package or not. And this was before COVID. Something happened to this place 2 years ago. It's not unusual for it to sit here for weeks with no updates, and if you're lucky you might get the same update two weeks apart (I had a parcel that apparently "Arrived at the Facility" twice and another that "Processed through Regional Facility" twice--both about two weeks apart). Still waiting on the second one.

If you have ordered a package and it has ended up here, unfortunately, you should not expect to see it in less than two weeks. It has now been 2 weeks and it has been just sitting in this facility. And it seems that in nearly every review of this place it's the same case.
