I wanted to open a new account. You have to make an appointment, because no one was there to process a new account. You should go online and open the account. You have 30 days to make a deposit in person, with your ID.

I've always had kindness extended to me by everyone at this branch. I have been with Chase for years and have never had to wait for very long. The tellers are fast, friendly, and efficient. The staff have always greeted me when I walk in and make me feel comfortable and welcome.

There really isn’t anything bad to say about this branch. I actually worked here and honestly if you have a bad review is due to you having a bad day. We all have gone above and beyond to help customers and to this day still do. A customer never left the branch without having the issue resolved. If they had to come back is because they want to speak to a manager who also has the right to take a vacation. To every problem there was a solution I can speak highly about this branch because I was one of the employees.
