I am not sure where to begin. First of all I am blown away by how hot it is in the building because the conditioning is broken and the companies small air conditioner units are all not working except for one. We were dying after 15 minutes in the store I cannot imagine how the employees work! Secondly, an employee, who I now know is the manager, harassed my nephew who was trying to test out a toy to purchase with his allowance. She yelled at him and then ripped the toy out of his hands, because he shot a small foam ball in order to see if the mechanism was working. She then proceeded to yell at my sister and myself when we asked about what had happened. It would have been one thing if my nephew had been destroying the toy area or not cleaning up after himself, but that was just not the case. Just not sure what is going on at this store.

The people who work here are great but the actual company is letting their employees work in 80+ degree weather inside because they can't get the AC fixed. It is to hot to function inside the store. I feel especially bad for the elderly employees.

Clean and very organized. One of the best Goodwills I've ever visited. Can't wait to come back.
