I have been visiting this place for the past three years. They have good doctors there to serve you, but their front desk lady is very rude and impatient. She talked to you like she is above you. When I made an appointment, I asked her to check if my insurance is valid. After receiving the confirmation, I set up my appointment. But when I came over for the appointment, she told me my issuance was invalid and has to waiting until Nov to get recycled. No apology no explanation. Lady, you are fat and rude, you don’t deserve to work in this place. Find another job before further ruining this nice place!

I have been going to MainPlace Optometry for over 20 years now. When you arrive, the staff greet you with an honest smile and the service that is provided is exceptional. I definitely recommend MainPlace Optometry. Even though I live in a different county, I make the drive to MainPlace Optometry because of their service and how I get all my questions and concerns answered. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable Doctor who was quite good in their explanation of what I was seeing in the photograph of my eye and the change in vision in my left eye. They also, because I had no insurance, gave me a 15% discount on part of the service.
