Went to dominos on berryessa rd I thought I was ordering a 2litercoke I was charged 2.89 when he handed me the coke I said I thought it was a 2 liker he said no to late I already paid. Second I order 2 pepperoni pizza for my grandkids when I got home I had I pepperoni and the other was pepperoni with olives and jalapeños once again the manager said to late you already left really bad customer service.

Worst. Dominos. Ever. And I don't say that lightly. I love Dominos but when there are terrible franchisees, it makes a bad name for them all. Both Google & the main Dominos website list this location as open until 1am except twice on two separate occasions ordering at 11-1130pm my orders were automatically cancelled. When I called this time the man informed me that there 'wasn't enough business' and that he'd be closing early so he cancelled all orders. Well how can you have business when you close whenever you feel like it and cancel the business that does come in? You're a Dominos! On a Saturday night! How can you not be absolutely busy? The answer: This store is understaffed and therefore unable to keep up with demand. A quick Google search found job postings not just for line level workers but for a General Manager, this store doesn't even have a GM working that cares for it and that's just sad. Would give zero stars if possible for the person who answered the phone and when I wouldn't hang up left me on the counter instead.

I sat in car waiting the dominos tracker said it’s completed I go in and he is barely putting the pizza in the oven I tell him that tracker says it’s ready he had attitude and says it’s not ready. Then the other guy in store just looks at me and don’t ask if I’ve been helped or anything twice and then we he gave me the pizza he was rude as hell this is the last time I ever come here EVER !!!!! If I could give zero stars I would

Service: 0-star. I ordered 2 large pizzas but no plates, napkins nor cheese. When I asked for those, the employees said those are sold separately! Every other pizza shop in town give them out as part of the food order. Food Quality: 1-star. The pizza themselves taste very old and dry with small amount of toppings on them. Good luck staying in business!
