I have had so many great experiences at MAC. It started with Josie being so helpful and welcoming. I have done several classes: Happy Hearts (Leona and Christine are so helpful and attentive), Silver Sneakers, (Jan is just precious and very dedicated), Pool classes with Holly, Michelle and Monterea, each different, each with their own methods of pool exercise, and tomorrow I am trying the Barre class with Leona. I found that so very many of the other people in the classes in addition to the "leader/teachers" to be very welcoming and encouraging. I am a larger 70 year old women that is in the process of loosing weight and making life style changes so it is so nice to have MAC and the kind helpful people to assist me in my journey!

I dig everything about the Montna Athletic Club. From the people to the facilities to the camaraderie to the EPIC massage chairs. I love the fact that it's a local place that does such a fantastic job of keeping things real while continuing to offer great amenities.

When I joined the club, I didn't know what to expect as far as friendliness, qualified instructors and club cleanliness. Right away everyone was helpful and friendly, not like some clubs I have experienced before. I even found other club members to be helpful when they saw me using the machines if I wasn't doing it quite right. I was grateful. The club is exceptional for a healthy place to work out. The club holds events for special occasions which was very enjoyable. The instructors are very knowledgeable and professional. Always willing to help. When I return from my travels I will be sure to get back to the club.
