Lizzie at the front desk was great. I showed up with out reservations and she was very quick to take care of me. She obviously displayed the expertise of her job! I had worked a long day at the railroad and when I got there, she was quick to see what’s availability she had and gave me a great rate!! As we have before, we loved everything about our 2 night stay at this delightful hotel. The staff make all the difference! Cami went out of her way to help us as we checked in and Richard responded immediately to make sure our air conditioner worked a-ok! Other staff people were likewise super friendly and helpful. Everything was as always very clean and well organized. Our thanks to all!

The manager Justin has very few customer service skills being in the hospitality business. I called to use our direct bill account that we’ve had for years and was told the new owners do not allow direct bill accounts anymore because people don’t pay. I asked if we were going to get any kind of letter or document stating that they were ending our contract. His reply was the new owners aren’t allowing direct bill because direct bill people don’t pay. I asked for the phone number of the owner or for him to give me a call and was told that was not possible. I would not stay in this establishment based on this interaction I can’t imagine how he treats his staff and that there is any level of customer service in that entire establishment. The owner seems to have no involvement with the customer so you have no one providing any hospitality. Stay somewhere else!

Very clean, comfortable & pet friendly. Kim at the front desk was very friendly & helpful. Only thing is breakfast was only until 9am and when we went down at 8:30 it wasn't being stocked so very little to choose from. Overall very pleasant stay.
