I ordered two meals both with Pepsi. I got one meal with fries. The other meal no fries, both meals with diet Pepsi when I asked for Pepsi. When I called to say something I got hung up on. On Steilicoom Boulevard. Her name is J'Nayahaj what a lovely lady for actually listening to what I had to say. If I can give no stars that's exactly what I would give. Why in the hell would you hang up on someone? We 100% will not be back and neither will any of our friends!!!! Word to mouth goes a long way! Fortunately for me I know a lot of people that come here for food

Always clean , and fast procurement of ones order. The staff is friendly n courteous and they have finally business/consumer oriented management in place. Good Job KFC

Very bad customer service, incomplete order and when I went to claim they called me a liar. You can see the poor fries and order incomplete in the pictures. They told me to request a return online and it is almost impossible to do so.

I got a huge craving for wings and went here and got the Nashville hot wings. Waited 12 minutes for them could not be more disappointed! The seasoning is uneven looks like the just dump it on there. Seasoning is bland and does not compliment the chicken at all. Drive through person was loud and short didn't even give me napkins.
