Tim, Joseph and Ian are part of the team at this Jiffy Lube location. I drive over 50 miles just to have my car serviced in particularly by this crew. They are honest, hardworking men that are very knowledgeable, and friendly. They always remember who I am, and in today's world, customer service is key. I used to use my local Ford dealership for services, they are always overpriced, and I wait for 3 hours for the exact same services they provide at this particular Jiffy Lube location. And no one at Ford ever remembered my name. If you are looking for exceptional customer service WITH honest information and details about the services for your car, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on Brooks, ask for Tim and the boys, you won't be disappointed!! 5+stars!!!

Tim at the Brooks location is just a rock star. He handled a busy rush like it was nothing, seamlessly greeting folks, organizing service, collecting payment, and educating customers. He personally showed a young woman how to fill her coolant as it had run dry, educating her on the importance of maintenance and what can happen if you don't while never sounding condescending. It was a delight to watch him work. He reminded travelers they could get free fluid checks at jiffy lube along the way, had a smile on his face the entire time I was there, and was just a great energy to be around. He's a great representation of what excellent customer service looks like.

These guys were so fast, I've never had an oil change done that quickly, including doing windshield wiper replacement and bulb replacement on my headlight. Not too mention looking over brakes and all the other important stuff before a road trip. Definitely will be coming back here again.
