All was good until the cashier smacked a box of frozen pizza onto my tortilla chips. I told him to take it easy. He didn't seem to care. No reaction. Maybe speak to Carson about customer service 🤔

It has really gone down hill. Organic Spinach was not fresh. There was a line to use the self check out and lines for the only 2 checkers. It was a zoo. On a Monday at 4 pm.

I missed the sign that said "Lane Closed" and got chewed out by the cashier. I've worked retail for four years, and can absolutely understand the frustration of customers missing the "we're closed" sign, especially when you're about to go on break or clock off. But her tone and the way she barked at me was incredibly frustrating. There's a better way to communicate this. Won't be shopping here for at least another 46 years.

Everything is great except when you come in later on the evening they shut the one set of doors which is understandable but, the electric carts aren't very accessible for us disabled people. They are closer to the set of locked doors. Maybe move 1 cart closer to the open doors so we don't have to walk so far please.
