Rude employee, girl with blond hair. Is customer service not a thing anymore? Kindness goes a long way, especially when we are doing a part of your job considering your “front counter is closed”.

We came in to the McDonalds on East Broadway at 6:30pm and had to order from the kiosk. There were no employees to be seen. After we ordered we saw tons of orders go out the drive through while we waited. My husband came in and ordered 5 min after we did and they called his order before ours. When they did call our order we did not get drinks. When we asked for cups she grabbed 3 cups gave us 2 and carried the third around with her finger in it. Then she walked away. He had to go back and get his own cup. Something was wrong with the soda machine all the soda was warm and flat. My buger was so greasy it was dripping; so gross. The lady behind us asked to see the manager but he "is not back there and we're not sure where he went". There is no use in complaining to the people who work here. Since it took so long to get the gross food why bother. Never coming back.

Asked for two mchickens normal and got a regular one and one with ketchup and tartar😂

My expectations for any McD's are basically nonexistent... and who leaves a review for a McDonald's 😂 this particular location has been terrible each of the few times I've stopped there and today's encounter was egregiously ridiculous, so here we are. I asked for no salt on my fries (because the last time I got fries at this location they were WILDLY salty- my 8 year old wouldn't eat them and that's saying a lot!) I apologized for any inconvenience and the person who rang me up was really nice! But ya'll... they actually had the audacity to hand me this "large" order of fries as though I wouldn't notice that 60% of it is missing. 😂 Burger King is right across the street AND they have mozzarella sticks guys! Just saying!
