I stood there watching 2 men run around like chickens without a head for over 15min. They both saw me waiting at the window but neither had the courtesy to acknowledge me nonetheless say they would be with me soon or what ever. Maybe they are just not able to speak while looking for something, I don't know but NO common courtesy what's so ever. I eventually got help but never did I hear good customer service language such as thank you for waiting or similar. IS IT BECAUSE I'M FEMALE @ AN AUTO PARTS SHOP!!??? 🤔 Unfortunately that's what it felt like. These men need to be raised better, too grown to 1st not have manners & 2nd should probably be trained to treat ALL CLIENTS EQUAL. I will not be telling people about this place like I used to, sorry. And yeah I may go again if I need a vehicle part, hopefully they have been talked to on how to make a costumer feel welcomed. (Isn't that how they make the $$ they take home? From selling PUBLIC vehicle parts) 📖✍ Goggle insisted I gave a review, you got it. A week later but you got it. Final note: item I was looking for was found via AMZ for 40% less. U just never know right.. do your search of options always.

The guy was very helpful and my part was delievered same day. Only issue is that both guys that were working would be answering phone calls.

Worst place I ever been,I was waiting for an hour and non of the guys help me they were talking to each other and even put a costumer call in hold.they don't care if they lost a sale
