Dinner at the Summit Mountain Lodge was excellent! We enjoyed the Mountain View’s on the deck and couldn’t have asked for a better setting. Our server and service overall was wonderful! We were concerned prior to going if there was a dress code but our informal vacation/hiking attire was no problem! Our meals of steak and seafood pasta were delicious, and the cheesecake was the perfect way to end the meal. It was a beautiful setting and delicious dinner as our last dinner on our Montana vacation!

A great experience! The food was delish and our server was sweet and did a nice job. We sat on the deck and enjoyed amazing views.

This was my second time staying at the Summit Mountain Lodge. Their cabins are amazing, the steakhouse serves great food, the location is perfect if you want to use it as a base for visiting both East and West Glacier. The hosts are amazing and they have built this place themselves :) Saw a fox right on our porch the first evening, and a moose enjoying the waters across from the cabin the next morning!

Food came out quickly, but was served cold. My friend and I both ordered the beef tenderloin and while it was cooked correctly, it was barely warm and mine had a large section of grizzle. There were about three tables. Of mashed potatoes beneath some raw broccoli and a single raw julienne carrot and some soggy squash slices. Topped with a few wilted spinach leaves. Was atop that sat the steak which was supposed to be topped with salted tomatoes and gargonzola. Tomatoes were graded tomatoes, halfed and refrigerator cold and Gorgonzola didn't make it on the plate Husband ordered the ribeye and it was also served cold and overcooked his Brabant potatoes were also vquite cold. Food was very expensive at $39/meal. Very disappointed with quality As to the environment it was nice service was good But, there were flies both living and dead everywhere.
